Hello my name is Tanya and I'm from Virginia. I am currently about a week into my new diet. I am trying a low calorie diet and still adjusting to it now. I have not strayed and already have lost some weight.
I started gaining wt when I moved out on my own. Now I want to lose all the wt I gained plus a little more in time for next summer. My goal is to wear a two piece to the beach again. I have not done that since I was 13 and I'm about to turn 23 next month. Anyway sorry for rambling on I will try to keep my progress updated here. oh and HI again everyone!!!:) |

Hi Tanya, welcome. I'm from Virginia also. I go on the "June Daily Weighing Thread" daily and on the "*~*June Daily Accountability Check-In Everyone Welcome*~*" threads. I am on day 5 of my weight loss journey. I count calories which helps and I exercise during the day (not long but I am trying to push myself to do better) I like to walk so I do that in the evening. So far I'm down 3 pounds. My current weight needed to be changed the day I started to 195, this morning weigh in was 192.4. My mini goal is 180. Again welcome. Have a great weekend. .
