Greetings from a fat chick doing the WWer thing AGAIN.

  • Yup, this is my bazillionth time on WWs but my first time here, so I am hoping you all are my lucky charm to taking it off and keeping it off.

I've been successful on WWs twice, the first time I kept it off until I started breeding and then it all cam back -- all 65 pounds of it plus a few friends.

The second time I lost 81 pounds, kept it off for two years and allowed it slowly to creep back on.

Fortunately this time I rejoined before it had a chance to come back in it's entirety, only gaining back 65 (can you say only 65??).

I am ready to recommit myself without the use of "crack" -- the weight loss drug my doctor gave me and do it honestly, with hard work and tracking.

I totally plan on using this board as my support and my confessional as I would bore my fellow WWs to tears with my ramblings in meetings. At least here, you can see my name and click to the next post.

Can't wait to "meet" you all.
  • Hi and welcome to 3FC.

We have a WW section here if you'd like to check it out - http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/weight-watchers-18/

    Good luck with your goals.

    Hugs
    Michelle
  • Welcome! Good Luck!
  • Good Luck!!! You sound like me. I done WW a thousand times and have been successful in the past but babies have brought all the weight back! I'm don't having children, so hopefully I can get all the weight off this time!!!
  • Welcome and I wish you the best.. Good for you for not wanting to use anything to "help" you and just doing the old fashion weight (Eating Less & Moving more).

From someone that have loss weight before and gained it back, my suggestions is to look at this new chance you have given yourself, as a change in life and not as something you only doing to lose weight.
  • Thank you all. I am going to do it this time. I have no choice. I want to be there before I hit 40 and I am getting there faster than I care to.
