Hello all!

I am new here and looking for all the support I can get with losing weight. This seems like a great website and such a supportive group of people.

I am going to need all the help I can get!

I need to lose around 100lbs, and have chosen to watch calories and exercise everyday. I hope there are others out there that will share this journey with me.

Welcome AZgal, since Chicks can be overwhelming at first, I suggest you look for a support group or challenge to join, a small group of friends to help keep you motivated. Find one you like that fits your needs, and just post to join.
