I'm new and excited

I am new to 3FC, but I can see the support is great here.:hug:

I have struggled with my weight off and on ...I did Phen-Fen and lost tons of weight without any problems...got down to a size 4....but have gained it all back and then some...now I am trying to make better choices with my eating...I am doing WW...wish me luck I turn 55 this year and want this weight off!
