hi folks, I'm Sterling & I am 21 years old. it has been one year since I've ended a horrible five year relationship. I am back at home with my parents, back in college, and have my life back on track!
I started gaining weight in my senior year of high school I put on 100 lbs, and I've maintained that number to this day. I am so ready to start new adventures in my life, and I'm terrified of being overweight through my twenties, and I'm terrified of what I'm doing to my health. I eat my feelings, and even though I'd like to think that I'm over my ex, my stomache says otherwise. I'm on here for support, to start fresh, get tips, make friends, and start living again!

Ex's are ex's for a reason! It's been almost a year since I broke up with my boyfriend of 2 years, and I know how you feel, I want to move on but I can't.
Like you I also eat my feelings, it's a bad habit that I'd definitely like to lose.

Good Luck with college! I'm starting University in September, just left college so have the whole summer to lose a bit of weight hopefully :)
