Hi again - thanks for the nice welcome

I am happily married (2nd time around) with 3 sons - 23, 20 and 15 - and a granddaughter who will be 2 in September

I live in Washington state - and I'm the head bookkeeper at the only grocery store in town

I am currently on Medifast - and I also take some of the Advocare products

I have a little over 100 pounds to lose - and am determined to get to goal

I look forward to getting to know you all
