New fat chick on the block!

Hi everyone!
I am happy I found this site! I am a 29 year old married mother of 2 little girls ages 3 and 4. I need to lose about 90lbs. I recently lost 40 lbs but got too complacent and stopped working out and eating right and gained 36 of it back!
I recently graduated from nursing school and we had to wear this hideous WHITE dress and I can't even stomach to look at myself in photos of it. Something needs to be done!
