Hey everyone. New chick here.
I had RNY gastric bypass surgery 14 months ago and while I've lost 140 pounds, I still need to stay connected with people who struggle because I am in no way cured just because I went from size 32 to size 12. If you put a cheesecake in front of me, I'd eat it until I exploded!
On the other hand, I do keep everything in check by taking a look in the mirror each day to remind myself that cheating will make me sick and make my clothes tight.
A tip: I buy new clothes a bit snug and get rid of clothes as soon as they get loose so that there is no way I will ever have anything in my closet I can put on if the clothes start getting tight.
