Hi everyone!
My name is Pam and this is my first post. I have put on quite a bit of weight in the past year (I'm honestly afraid to step on the scale so I am only guessing that I need to lose somewhere around 35 pounds...I will finally weigh myself in the morning). I have become very disappointed in myself because I've always been able to lose weight whenever I wanted to. I have been an avid runner at different times in my life, and when I finally set my mind to it, the weight would come off. This time, however, I have had zero willpower. I have no desire to workout and no desire to quit eating. I'm tired of wearing all my gross, old fat clothes! I have a closet full of very cute things that I cannot wear! I want to be down to my goal weight by the time school starts in the fall (I am a teacher). I am hoping that, by coming to this site, I can find support, encouragement, and accountability. Everything helps!
