Ready to take control of my life
 

Hello everyone, my name is Tanja (pronounced Tonya) I have 3 boys and have been happily married for 11.5 years ... And I let myself go. I am so fed up with myself and my weight (hence my screen name) the last time I weighed this much was 8 years ago when I was giving birth to my second son... I have tried so many diets, pills, and programs but nothing has ever stuck. But I also didn't really care (I love food) but when I finally took a good look at myself and realized that I didn't recognize myself anymore I knew it was time to change (for good this time) I want my kids to have a healthy mommy and I want my husband to have a sexy (healthy) wife. So I am gonna start SB and I'm not gonna set myself up for failure. I can do this :) I hope to make friends here and hope to one day be an inspiration to someone else.
