Hi I'm new here

Hello,
My name is Jen and I have about 70 pounds to lose. I have been overweight almost my whole life, lost a lot of weight, gained it back and have been on a roller coaster ever since. I have been on so many weight loss plans that it makes my head spin. I am not looking for a quick fix, just want to live a healthy lifestyle by choosing a plan that I can live with :)
