There is a 'thin' girl in me...
 

So I started SBD on May 3rd and thankfully have lost a total 11 lbs. I'm happy but instead of stating "I want to lose xxxx pounds by xxxx". I'm ready to say "This is the way I want to eat for the rest of my life".

I have struggled with weight all of my life and finally, at 32, gonna stick with something.

I am 4'11 which makes me look heavy oh and did I mention my chest is a DD, again, I was blessed with both of the negative genes from my grandmothers, oh dear!

I've been married for 10 years and have 1 daughter who is 7 and our son just turned 5 months

I'm going to do this!!!!!!!!!!!!:carrot:
