Looking for a way past the weight

Hello! I'm a mom of two boys, ages 4 and 7. I've successivly gained more and more weight since meeting my husband in 1997. I've tried several diets with no long term success. I have just started the ideal protein diet, and hope it's the answer for me. I'm keeping a blog diary Look forward to connecting to others who share my plight here!
