Another return engagement
 

I'm here again.
Admitting to myself that I haven't got it all figured out.
I just know it's time to start again down the path to a healthier me.
I am pledging to be gentle with myself and to celebrate successes, not dwell on failures.
I've been reading posts for a couple of days, and it feels good to "be back", to read the similar struggles, and the support.
I am grateful to be around to begin again and that 3FC is still here and still going strong.

I need to do the same thing. When I "fail" I can be so harsh with myself, and just a few days ago it occured to me that I am a dweller. It's so unhealthy, and unnecessary. It's is definitely a mindset, and I believe the more positive you are, the more success you will achieve. I hope you will celebrate the successes, and I'm going to do the same, even if it's a small one. Best of luck to you,
