Hi my name is Caitlin and Iam at my heaviest that i have ever been and its miserable...i recently got married and gained weight like crazy and am now realizing that iam very unhappy with myself! Iam hoping to meet some people to talk with and help me through this rough process of trying to loose the weight!!

Hi! I just joined yesterday, looks like this will be a great place for us to talk to others who feel and are going through the same thing! Are you currently on any specific diet? I am just trying the whole portion control, drinking more water, and very regular exercise. Good luck to you!!!
