Time for a change
 

Hi, everyone! My name is Kelly, and I am fat.
I have decided it is time for a change. My younger brother recently passed away due to a car accident, and it has been so hard on my family, especially my parents. And here I am literally killing myself with my weight. I need to be healthy, not only for my parents, but for myself. As much as I miss my brother, I am alive, and I have a chance to make myself healthy. I haven't quite figured out what diet I am going to do (trying to decide between Special K challenge and low-carb), but I do know that I am READY to drop this weight. I have 100 pounds to lose.

Oh Kelly, I'm so sorry that you lost your brother. I can't even imagine what you and your family are going through. My thoughts are with you.

It is very courageous that you've decided to lose weight for your family and for yourself. Let us know which plan you land on, or if you have questions about anything.
