Old Fat Chick Newbie to Forum
 

Older fat chick here...hoping to lose some pounds and get some great ideas and motivation, from this forum, while doing so.

Nothing much I can say other than I'm a mom of 3.. grandmom of 1...I'll never wear a bikini, but a size 14 dress would be nice.

I'm probably outside of the "norm" in age for those looking to lose weight, but with my heels now starting to bother me when walking,, it's just plain time to lighten up.

Thanks for the welcome's.... I can't wait to browse around more and read the success stories and tips from everyone. I've been keeping a food diary for 2 weeks, and incorporated more fruits and veggies into my diet. I'm raring to roll.... :D
