hello everyone i'm a 23 yr old girl weighing about 300 pounds. Last sunday i woke up and decided that this was it, i could not do this to myself or my body anymore. i have been on a diet for the past week or so and have lost 8 pounds:) all of my friends and everyone around me is very skinny, and can not possibly understand what all it will take in this weight loss journey of mine. I joined this forum to make some friends who i can support and encourage and vice versa. Everyones stories here are very motivating and i hope to make a story about my weight loss journey very soon too. :)
