Good Afternoon from Ohio
 

My name is Kelly and I am a single mom to a very opinionted 12 years old boy. In the past 4 months I have suffered two great losses. My grandmother, whom I have lived with for the past 13 years, passed away in our home. I took care of her the last months/days of her life and was with her when she passed. A month and a half later I lost my cousin who was just 2 years older than me. During those stressful times I turned to food. Unfortunately that has led to a significant weight gain.

I am here to find support and advice on a how to make this work for me.

I am sorry for your losses. I can relate to an extent. In 1999, I lost my husband of 10 years, in 2005 my momma passed away and a year later my daddy passed.

I am glad you found us and I look forward to reading and following your success.
