Hello everyone, my name is Courtney. I am 18 years old from Oregon. I am
5'9". When I was a freshman I weighed 175, only about 10lbs above my goal weight. I joined Weight Watchers with my mom and lost 15 lbs in just a couple of months! I maintained for about a year, and then I got a job... at a restaurant... that was also a bakery. I got free food and within months I wasn't just back to my original weight, I had gained about 20lbs! Yes, I went from 160 to 195 in about 4 months. I really want to get back to 160. I felt really good at that weight and would love to get there again.
