Hullo, from Canada - Eh?
 

Hey everyone!
I'm Chelle from the great white north. I am 24, married, and just started Herbal Magic just over a month ago.
I'd really like to aspire to get into running, and am amazingly excited that
I found these forums!
My goal is find a running partner or group in my area at my fitness level (which is nil), hoping the accountability will help.
In my spare time (which isn't much as I'm a work-a-holic) I hang glide, play volleyball, hang out with my guitar, and read.
Not exactly sure what all to put on here. :D

What is Herbal Magic? I have never heard of it. Thats what ya get when you live in little old New Zealand! :P

A girlfriend of mine just got back from vacay in NZ and brought me
a Kiwi keychain, hee hee!
I think Herbal Magic is only in Canada unfortunately, but you could do it
anywhere just without the supplements.
It's based on eating 3 proteins, 2 starches, 3 fruits, 4 veggies, 2 fats, and i free exchange a day, and eating every few hours.
They have weight centre's here that you check in and weigh in 3 times a week and keep a food journal.

I envy your countries weather! hehe. It's cold, snowey, and gloomy here :(

Calgary has 2 seasons - winter and July! :D

Thats cool! Sounds more realistic that most diets hehe.
I'm doing Weight Watchers and lovin it!

Hey Bigmid - I'm in the NW, too. What is this C25K you speak of?
I am brrrrrruuuuuuuuuuuuuutally out of shape, but hoping to change that and
was thinking of sprinting up the hills behind the YMCA in Crowfoot.
