If you go under your User CP and Edit Options you should see a box you can check/uncheck saying "Enable Private Messaging" or something similar.

I don't think there is a 20 day limit on sending messages, but I've been a member on the board too long now to remember...

Onederchic - You're about 30 minutes away from me! I'm down towards the Latham area of NY ;)

I look forward to working with everyone and sharing on the progress/goals too. So far I've chatted with quite a few nice people from 3FC
