I personally like to visit weight loss blogs and see how people cope day to day with their weight loss. One of my favorite ones is pastaqueen. She is hilarious and literally lost half her body weight. I would look her up and read from the beginnin... youll be there for awhile. She pretty much documented at least 5 years of her life :). Very inspirational.
