Hello to everyone. I'm new here. I've always been quite a loner and it's REALLY hard for me to ask for help, but I am hitting rock bottom and I need someone to help me get through this. I've been on a weight loss journey for as long as my memory goes back, but over the past year have slowly begun to change my life entirely, not only with weight loss, but finally facing some serious health issues that make loosing weight even that more challenging and emotional. I don't have anyone to talk to, or anyone to confide in, or anyone to help me and I thought that maybe a stranger could 'hold my hand' through these rough times. I'm supportive of anyone who needs a hand as well, and just...I just need someone out there to listen and care.

i can most def relate ive always been more of a loner...and while i do have some friends i really can talk to them either everytime i mention anything about going on diet they really dont help or just say something stupid but yeah ill be here to listen... :)
