I have just joined! I went off a couple of nasty meds I had to take for quite a while for good this week and I'm now ready to get rid of all that excess weight I gained while on them! OK...so the meds were not the only reason I gained weight... I'm also a terrible chocoholic. ;) But, I was always at a "normal" weight until a couple of years ago.

I'm hoping to find a couple of weight loss buddies here!
