Hi, new here today

I stumbled across this site earlier today and love it so far! A lot of great encouragement here. I'm looking forward to interacting and getting to know some of you better. This seems like a really nice community.

I've been up and down on the exercise/diet band wagon for the past few years. As I'm not getting any younger, I realize that losing weight gets harder the older I get....41 comes in 9 days! :D
