hello!

  • Hello everyone
Been looking for support for my weight loss for ages but most you have to pay for and I'm a poor student
Doing my A levels at the moment and finding it extremely hard to lose weight, got exam pressure and learning how to drive pressure. It wouldn't be that bad but in my first year of college I lost lots of weight, healthy, and went down to 112. But over summer exams, holidays, going abroad and family weddings and this years january exams I have gained soooo much weight again. Went up to 138, have successfully managed to go down to 128 but it took me monthssss!

I have a very slow metabolism despite going to the gym 4 times a week, regularly walking and having an active lifestyle. I eat 1500 kcals a day but it takes me about a week to lose 1 pound. Any suggestions/ideas on anything that may help my weight loss? I have tried adios, zotrim, pink patch, hoodia, size zero pill, wi-yui tea and so much more and none of them have helped.
Sorry for such a long post btw
