New, with questions
 

Hi, I'm new here and have had many challenges since I've been obese most of my adult life. I would get down to a healthy weight then go right back up. But then I got sick and lost more and have stayed at this weight for three years now. I didn't see which area is support for chicks who have lost and want to keep it there. And where would I go for the problems that go with losing a lot of weight, especially when you are older?

There are threads under "maintaining" I bet you could find alot of support and help and advice there. I'd love to be able to give you maintaing advice, but since I'm not yet there, I'll just say welcome and good luck. You have found a great supportive place.
