Here we go again...
 

Hey there,

Like most folks this is about the 2034th time I have tried and/or lost weight. I lost about 27 pounds a few years ago but really want to continue to lose. I have been married for a few years now and I don't want to end up letting myself "go" so they say and I want to get drop the weight so I look the way I feel and before I have kids in another year or two I want to actually start off at a lower weight.

That's the story... I am going to give it my best shot!

What if you had stopped at your 2033rd try and given up? It could be that this 2034th time will be the one in which you reach your goal! You will find a lot of support here at 3fc.

I'm new to 3fc but not to dieting and I am right there with you, I have tried/lost/regained so many times that I can not count. This time is the last time, no matter how long it takes, no more quick fixes.
