Hello! I am new to the site, although I have been reading some of the posts and finally decided to register. I have a long haul...with a goal of 100 lbs to lose. No reason for the predicament I am in (like kids or husband), just my own doing. Thanks to the founders of this forum/site and congrats to all who have reached and maintain their goals :)
