New to dieting!
I joined WW two weeks ago. I've never dieted in my 32 years...and it's finally caught up with me. After having my baby girl a year ago, I decided I was out of excuses to not lose the baby weight. Very frustrated...if melted off with my son but I can't seem to shake the extra weight on my own.
I've lived on junk food and the total diet change has been hard. I would kill for a Dr. Pepper and a McDonald's cheeseburger! I'm surprised by how little weight i've lost considering how drastically I have cut calories and changed what I am eating. I have went from fast food at least once a day to none in two weeks. I'm not using any of my flex points and still barely lost a pound this week. Any suggestions on bumping up my weight loss?:?: |
