Hi everyone...im glad to be back I have not logged in, in such a log time that i had forgotten my username but lucky i remembered...and I am so glad i did. I need everyone support to lose weight and shape up. Thank you...in advance. I dont even know where to begin...I have hypothyrodism so I drink pills every morning but have such a bad memory that I sometimes forget to take my pill...ugh...and with my eating habit I am currently eating everything in sight and with the excuse that i will start my diet tomorrow well tomorrow is finally here and I AM READY!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!:^: :^: :^: :hug:
