Very New! Need help with cracking the fat loss code!!

    I stumbled upon this site trying to figure out some stuff in my book "Cracking the fat loss code" After browing this site I have a feeling its what I need for many kinds of information!! Hello.... and I hope to find a bit of guidance here

    I am on the first week of the diet. I have read the book and looked at what is to come in the next weeks. I am very confused about my next step BECAUSE... to me, My book contradicts itself.

    say for instance... day B...

    the sample menu says something different then what the empty log sheets in the book say. Then I look at one sample menu to the next and they dont say the same exact thing for the food type.

    I am soo confused and have NO idea what types of foods for which meals on ANY of the days... be it, B, C or D!! I may just be stupid but PLEEEASE can you help me?????

    Sorry, I can't help with the book confusion, but from what you've posted, it certainly sounds like you're ligitimately confused!

    Losing weight doesn't have to be complicated at all. It's not easy, but it is simple: eat less and move more. That's really all it takes. Easier said than done, but those two changes in your daily life will pave the way to your goal. Find an uncomplicated eating plan that's easiest for you to stick to. We're in this for the long run, so we need plans that aren't hard and confusing to follow. Good luck!! :-)
