Hello! I'm on the Ideal Protein Diet

  • Hello!
    Today is my first day here, altho I have been reading this blog for a few days since I found it last week when I was searching Ideal Protein reviews. I started Ideal Protein on Monday. I was 193.5 and my goal is around 150 or so.
    I am getting married on May 29th and want to look good in my pictures. I would hate to have to ask the photog for photoshop!
    I also started a blog on monday to record my journey it's linnygettingskinny.blogspot.com so check it out of you want.
    I plan to write about the plan and my results and will try to be funny or interesting.

    I like your little graph. I have to get one of those as soon as there will be something to count! I have lost 4 pounds so far since monday so good so far!

  • Congrats to all! I'm a newbie myself and currently doing a protein sparing modified fast (under the supervision of an MD of course!)...is the Ideal Protein Diet similar to PSMF? I have to do some research on the different diets out there.

    Anyway, just wanted to say hey and great work to everybody. I'm so excited to have found this site!

    Hey everyone!

    Im also new on the IP! I've been reading post about everyones success stories and it really motivated me!! Im so glad I found this thread!

    Last year I use to weigh 130 and I was really fit and toned then all of a sudden I went up to 180 I hit 185 and new I needed to do something ASAP. A couple people told me about the Ideal Protein so I figured I would try it and I love how doctors moniter you. I am on day 4 of the diet and so far I can tell a little in my stomach and have been really motivated to workout a lot!

    Cant wait to hear everyone elses success stories!

    we should update every week on how the diet is going!!

  • Hello - I just joined after reading for a week and love this blog!! I had my first weigh it today and was down 6.6 pounds. I was very happy with this and found my first week to be pretty easy. I was VERY hungry the first 4 days but it seems to be getting better each day!
