Real life diet/exercise buddy?
 

Hi everyone,
I visit this site quite often and really appreciate the support that is given here. However, I am relatively new to my area and don't have any female friends that live close to me. I have plateaued in my weight loss and I think that finding someone to work out with would help me immensely.....aside from all the other benefits that friendships have...I've searched this site, to no avail, looking for a forum section of members that are looking for others in their area that would like to get together for friendship and diet/exercise support. Am I looking in the wrong places in the forum? :?: Or does it just not exist? If anyone in my area would like to get together, let me know!

There isn't an area specifically designed for that here (unless I missed it).

I'm at sparkpeople.com and one of the cool things is you can look up members in your area and join teams- maybe you could see if you can find a diet buddy that way?
