Let's see how long my intro post gets

.
My name's Alexandra; I just turned 22 and am currently biding my time between the end of my Bachelor's program in December and the start of my Master's program in September.
I currently weight around 205 lbs (when I last checked several weeks ago; I'm afraid to step on the scale right now). I've lost about 35 lbs, but it's taken me since 2007 to do that much.
My eating habits right now aren't bad (though they aren't good, either), and I'm not a fan of exercise. With the latter, I've had back-neck-shoulder-chest problems caused by large breasts that prevent me from jogging or doing machines like the elliptical, so that's contributed. I'm having a reduction in a few weeks to solve that problem, but I want healthier eating habits in place before then as I won't be moving around much for the first few weeks.
Right now I am at the point where I simply
cannot keep going on as I have. I have always hated how much I weight, but now it's gotten to the point where I
need the weight off. My Master's program means being around professionals, and I will be looking for an internship within the publishing industry. I want to look at feel my best, and I do not look and feel my best as I am now.
In addition, my Master's program is in London (yay!) and I want to be in better shape in order to make it around the city and all its sights (my university is very near a palace and a deer park, and I desperately want to go jogging on the paths around them). I also worry about being in dorm, and I want healthy eating habits down pat before I go over there so that my weight loss doesn't falter the way it has in my Bachelor's program (extreme stress + school cafeteria = Ben'n'Jerry binges and guilt).
Ultimately I want to lose 45-50 lbs, and then adjust from there when I see what's appropriate for my frame. I'm so glad I found this site; I wish I had found it much, much sooner.
