Hello,

My name is April and I swear someone has stolen my mother's @$$ and placed it on my body. And I don't like it one bit! I'm currently about 30lbs overweight and hope to start WW soon.

I also have started on this journey due to my family having the genetics that we do - - I've got diabetes, congestive heart failure and strokes all in my genes. I've lost 2 cousins in their 40s to heart attacks and a 3rd cousin has had one. I'm calling my personal plan "the trying not to die" diet.
