I am done being fat!!!

Alright a little about me and my endless struggle with my weight and why I am just sick of it! As of now I weigh 258 lbs and I am 5'5", I have always seemed to have weight problems even in kindergarten I had the nasty nickname of "big butt" and was teased until high school about my weight. In high school I was weighed about 185 but when I got with hubby we ate out alot and we both had a love for ice cream also my hubby is 6'4" and I started to eat his huge portion sizes anyways I ballooned up to 280lbs! I got my act together and stopped the eating out and ice cream and went down to 246 then I got pregnant with my son in 2008 so I had to put my weight loss on hold. My pregnancy went well however I did have to be put on high blood pressure pills with at my young age is should not have to have been on! I Breastfed my son for a year which seem to have kept the lbs at bay while breastfeeding I got down to 235. I stopped breastfeeding in January and some how my weight really started to climb up. So hear I am now at 258 lbs

I turn 21 at the end of the month and I should be in the best shape of my life!
I don't want my son to have a lazy mom that wont play with him. I want to be able to be there for him. I want to be able to wear tank tops and swim suits! heck at this point I wont even wear shorts!

My goal weight is around 150 but once I get closer it might change. My plan is to cut my portion sizes way down and to stick with healthy whole foods. For my exercise plans I Love the outdoors! I'm not one to like a gym so I will be hiking, fishing, walking my two dogs a hour a day and bike riding.

Hey there! Your story is similar to mine. I weighed between 160-180 during high school but ballooned up to 190 then well past 200 after I met my boyfriend. We ate fast food all the time and just sat around and watched movies. Now I'm at the point where I can't take being "the girl with a pretty face." I want people to look at me and say, she's pretty....that's it! I'm happy to hear you have your plan worked out. I wish you nothing but the best for you and your journey! :)
