First Day Here
Hi, I'm Clarissa and I've been on my diet (Atkins) for a week now, but my stomach want's to go on a binge. I have still been craving sweets. I have already lost 5 lbs and I don't want to hinder that success. So, I hope that I have come to the right place to take my mind off of carrot cake. There, I said it. I've been craving carrot :carrot: cake. Anyone who lives in Florida and shops at Publix knows how good it is. All the help I can get is GREATLY appreciated will be a huge help. Hello ! congrats on starting your journey! I LOVE carrot cake.. if your really wanting it.. CHEW GUM.. chew it until your mouth hurts lol.. thats what i have been doing and have been binge free for 3 weeks and havent cheated since then ither!!...in time you wont feel it either! GOOD LUCK!!!!
