Hi from a new member

[But an old dieter. I was searching online for yet another diet to try and found this site, and loved the blog idea. So, instead of jumping BACK :devil: into another diet I won't stick long with, I'm going to blog and make small changes and read the forums for awhile.

I'm 52, work in the public school system in the rural foothills of NC and have around 40 pounds to lose
