Hello everyone!

I'm new here (obviously), so I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 26 (almost 27) years old and ready to get myself back in shape. I'm doing it for me and as support to Momma Ghost, who also is here on the forum. We need a better routine, healthier, and are going to do it together.

I'm not sure what else to say besides.. I'm a musician. lol
