Hi; I'm brand new too, and have been doing Ideal Protein since Monday. I work at a place that sells it, so I've been sneaking in and weighing myself daily. I was 221 before I started. Tuesday I was 218, Wed 216, and Thursday 214. 7 pounds in 3 days! My already skinny friends are already gettin tired of the updates. I haven't weighed myself since Thursday, but hopefully I'm still going at that pace! I live in Manitoba, Canada and will happily be your texting buddy!

I'm in the same boat as you! Was overweight all my life pretty much, and finally decided to take things into my own hands and get healthy. It's hard and I know I need all the support and encouragement I can get too! I'm north of you in Michigan, though I got a bit of family from Fremont, OH!
