A new start
Hi! My name is Angela, Im a 33 year old mom of two daughters ages 13 and 6, and a wife to a wonderwul man for the past 7 years. Ive spent most of my adult life overweight, and need a new start, I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and am at a weight of 240,.. I feel that I have hit the bottom of the barrel. I need to get my life and weight under control and show my daughters that a healthy lifestyle is possible. I have recently started a gym, and need help with dieting and motivation.
