Just wanted to say hello since I am new!! Just started the diet on Wednesday the 24th and so far so good. Havent felt hungry at all and can't wait to see the results next Wednesday! 4 of my co workers jumped on this and has worked well with them so here I went. Hoping this group will give me help and ideas for recipes and its always a boost to see so many people benefitting from a program!!
I'm glad so many folks are having success here. I'm a firm believer that part of any successful program is support and so many of us just don't have that at home, or people that can truly understand anyway. And sometimes, it's just nice to bounce ideas off of others. I hope you enjoy it here as much as so many of us have.
