Hi everyone!
As the title states, I just found this website...
I have no idea how it works so if anyone can give me any tips, that would be great :) otherwise I'll just browse around til I figure it all out..
Anyways- a little about myself- Im 24- single, in nursing school (lost 40lbs last year & gained it all back while in school! :( )
Im graduating from the LPN program in June & hopefully starting the next phase into the RN program in August!
Anyways, Im getting to the point where Im really getting sick of myself- my body... All my clothes- and even my scrubs! are getting too tight on me- and I have no money or desire to buy new larger clothes!
I just need some encouragement I guess ... It seems like I cant stick with anything & I know I dont need a "diet", but a "lifestyle change"... I just need to find that inner strength to stick with it!

You have definitely come to the right place to get help, support, encouragement, anything you need!! This is by far the best site I have ever found!

There are lots of very inspirational stories that will lift you up even when you don't want to be lifted!!

There is lots of good information and support on here, you can find many people with similar experiences.

While many people on this site have great success with specific plans (South Beach, WW, etc) I personally always recommend people to start simple

Calories In < Calories Out = Weight Loss

Then sit down and figure out behavior changes you can make to bring down calories in (in a healthy way) an up calories out (in a healthy way).

That could involve calorie counting, packing lunches, walking more, literally hundreds of things. But know what that formula means to you and how you plan to use it to accomplish your goals.
