I can honestly say that I am sad that I have to come back here but happy that I am starting again. My name is Crystal and I have two daughters. I lost weight in the past only to gain all of it back and I am having trouble losing it again. I had a hysterectomy back in August and that does not seem to help either. My main goal is to weight 175 pounds by Christmas which is 75 weight loss. One mini goal of mine is to lose 20+ pounds before my vacation at the beginning of June. I am starting this journey with my best friend in the world. We both have a large number of weight to lose (me 75 and her 100) but because she has severe arthritis, it is vital that she does. The biggest issue for her is that she cannot exercise because of the pain that she is in. She almost cannot walk anymore because of it. We are starting Weight Watchers tonight and I hope that we can encourage and support each other to victory. Thank you for taking the time to read this ramblings of a desperate woman. ((HUGS)) to all.
Hi Crystal! Good luck with your goals, and I hope your friend is successful too. Arthritis can be extremely painful and make exercise feel like absolutely punishment. I hope when she loses some weight, she finds it less painful to walk. Good luck with the Weight Watchers, and keep us posted on how you get on
