Hello Everyone- My name is Lita (Lita Bean, is what my husband calls me)

I'm here because I need and I want to better my health and lose weight!

I don't know what else to say but I'm glad I've joined this forum:) It seems like people here have built a great support system, and that's exactly what I need! I'm am shy, so please don't confuse that with being stuck up, I am pretty friendly once you get to know me
