Hi Everyone,

I am looking for some diet buddies for mutual support. I am single, live in the Seattle area, work fulltime, have 3 grown children and a 10 month old granddaughter. I need to lose 100 lbs to get to my goal of 150 and I would like to do it by my 50th birthday. March of 2011. My plan is to use Medifast starting in midApril. In the meantime I will use low carb protein powder and follow the lean & green concept. I'd love to hear from you !!
