new to weight loss, wants some support
hi guys
i never had the need of losing weight not even now coz i am actually underweight, but the problem is the i dont have a flat stomach and really embarrassing; you know my friend thought that i was pregnant or something :faint:when she saw me in a slightly tight top:stress:. i wonder what would have happen if they saw me in really tight dress:stress:, i was soooooooo embarrassed when that happen. so i decided to take up exercise. i dont need diet, coz i am already a poor eater, but the thing is i am not able to follow my rotinue, i cant join gym coz i dont have time for all that, so i thought joining a forum like this would , u know encourage me to follow my routine. i just feel lazy to do those exercise.:D |

Even though you say you're all set with foods etc, you said you are a poor eater. A diet doesn't necessarily mean for weight loss, it means the foods you eat everyday regardless of your size. If you have a poor diet that will not help your current goal my first suggestion is to eat more vegetables and fruit, whole grain, protein etc because everyone needs to eat those foods not just for weight loss. |

sounds to me you just need to tone up! my friend and my sis have this problem too. i ask her why she wears big baggy clothes and she says cuz she has a stomach hard as it is to believe. maybe you could do exercise to tone your stomach muscles when you're watching tv etc. =) |
