Hi everyone,
I'm new to this site and don't really know my way around yet. I have lost weight, almost 30lbs so far, but recently I've slipped off the waggon. I have to stop this horrid binging... I know I'm not hungry, I don't need to eat but I sit and stuff my face anyway! It's awful! I want to be active, and positive like before.. I need to change and get back to that and hope that this site will give me the push I need! :) |

Couldn’t agree more! I am totally in your shoes as well. I figure we just need to put the binging behind us, and only look forward. I just started on my treadmill again, trying to get back into my pre-wagon fall off habits. Start with small things!! Keep a food diary for a little while to try to get back on track with holding yourself accountable. I find myself surprised cause I put the chocolate bar down ( I picked it up not even thinking about it) because I don’t want to write it in my log, looking at the log for the day SEEING that I made good choices is very reaffirming. Plus I need to re-realize that eating gross food makes me feel gross, with NO ENERGY. Gosh it's so hard to hop back on that wagon! I’m here with you!!

I am also new here and I know what its like to fall off the wagon!! I had lost alot of weight a couple of years ago and sadly gained it all back! Now I am trying to lose it again and keep it off! Good luck to you! |

I woke up this morning with a puffed up face, I know it's from all the crap I ate yesterday.. anyway, it's a great deterrant to keep me on the straight and narrow today! I'm thinking loads of fruit and veg and ofcourse, some exers after work :-) Thanks again and it's great to be here! |
I also notice the puffy face when I am eating awfully! Thanks for reminding me, another reason to stay on track!
